Horizonte Cubano confirms that an open letter has been formally sent to Donald J. Trump regarding U.S. policy toward Cuba and the Treaty of Relations of 1934.
The letter follows prior communications submitted in November and December of 2025 to the U.S. Department of State and to the Senate and House Committees on Foreign Affairs.
